Listening to audio material using OEPHI cables completely changed my view on cables in general and how important good cables are. As a mixing and mastering engineer I have the need of precision in my equipment and the OEPHI cables added just that to my studio setup. I have not tried anything like these cables ever - they are incredibly precise and musical. They translate extremely precise and that is very important in my work when I am mixing and certaninly when I am mastering audio tracks. With the OEPHI cables I can hear every audio nuance - eq issue, delay-time, reverb time and compression like never before. I seriously went from having a nice mixing studio setup to having a very nice mastering studio setup just by changing my cables to OEPHI - The sound became grounded and very accurate and the depth of the soundpicture became mind-blowing.

With an almost complete absence of emphasis, Joakims cables reproduce the essence of recorded music.
I think it's rare to find engineers that cares for music reproduction in the most sincere way like he does.
if Hiroyasu Kondo(Audio Note Japan) had been Scandinavian, I think his name would have been Joakim Juhl!

They are very neutral in character. I do not experience that they subtract nor add anything. They have a very nice black almost too good so good that I have a hard time listening to bad recordings. I hear details I have not heard before - I hear the slightest noise on the recording. Oephi also handles bass very well, I think. Overall, I experience these as very correct, some may not like it but want a little more warmth. They are not fully burned in yet but overall I am incredibly happy with these cables. The music flows forward, it feels as if there is nothing in the way that rubs and causes noise
Ascendance Speaker Cables, Transcendence RCA and Power Cable
One day I was at Hi-Fi Huset in Svendborg, where I was presented with a new audio cable, I had to take it home and try it, it was a Transcendence Interconnect RCA.
It was connected and we were very excited. There was a clear big difference from the cable we had, which is also a recognized brand. The sound suddenly became very detailed, precise, open and with more bottom, super.
After a while, we got a power cable, the Transcendence Power Cable, to test. There came much more calm and depth, it was also a great experience.
We have previously tried some different cables in the price range from DKK 10,000 - 25,000. (1500-3500Euro) Some were very shrill, others were blown over, very intrusive sound.
I also attended the demo evening in Hi-Fi Huset, where we were presented with the whole range of OePhi cables, what a super sound. We ended up ordering a set of Ascendance Speaker Cable.
When we got them home we were very excited, At first listen there was a big difference, much more detailed, precise and open.
After a while of playing it got even better, the instruments have become very precise in the sound image, the bottom has become more marked, for the better, so all in all it has become absolutely fantastic to listen to, you don't want to stop, you just want to hear more, even the dog lies in front of the speakers and enjoys himself. The sound image is so good that we feel like we've had both Anne-Dorthe Michelsen, Kim Larsen, Mark Knopfler and David Gilmour over for coffee
